Returns and Shipping


Our return policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will except returns that is a result of our error which includes (defective item, incorrect item sent,damaged items). Additionally, a refund would be most effective in such cases.

Please allow (5-10) business days for us to receive a return and another (3-10) business days to send the exchange. Please allow (5-10) business days to receive a refund of the purchase price for the particular items. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Babyzgift ships for free to any address internationally. Additionally, there are some restrictions based on an international address, product, or product weight that prevents items being shipped to certain destinations.

When placing an order we will determine the best and fastest shipping method, delivery dates based on location and availability of the product. When requested an estimated shipping date will be provided for the time of the delivery based upon destination. We will email you a tracking number as soon as the product ships and a tracking number is available.

Please be advised that shipping could take between 2 - 4 weeks from order date depending on seasonal factors, stock levels and destination.
