DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING TIMES HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED TO BETWEEN 2 - 4 MONTHS. ALL OF OUR ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM CHINA TO YOU.
Stork and Fox Shipping
Stork and Fox ships for free to any address internationally from our overseas suppliers. Additionally, there may be some restrictions based on an international address, product, or product weight that prevents items being shipped to certain destinations, but these are very rare.
After placing an order we will process your order as soon as possible, determine the best and fastest shipping method, delivery dates based on location and availability of the product. When requested an estimated shipping date will be provided for the time of the delivery based upon destination if available. We will email you a tracking number as soon as the product ships and a tracking number is available.
Please be advised that shipping could take between 2 - 8+ weeks (or more due to Covid-19) from order date depending on seasonal factors, stock levels and destination. You will normally receive tracking number via email for each item ordered within about 5 business days after placing an order.
Stork and Fox Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order at home. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and shipped back to our Florida mailing address. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will accept returns that are a result of our error which includes (defective item, incorrect item sent or damaged items).
Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive a return and issue a refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
